We paid for the installation of our new microwave into the space where the previous one was. The installers were a little late but called ahead to let us know. They came in and told us what they were going to do and how long it would take. Polite and efficient, they were finished in the time frame they gave and the new unit looks great. Well worth the money we paid for the installation.

Flawless. Only took about ten minutes for one tech to take down our existing over the range microwave and install the new unit. Worth every dollar. We live in a condominium complex and have no way to dispose of used appliances. The service is highly recommended.

Richard was totally prepared for possible issues (the new microwave had to have shims applied), he worked very efficiently, cleaned up as he went along, was on time, very polite, answered my questions while installing the machine and then trained me on how to use the new machine and hauled away my old one. Couldn't ask for more! I give him the highest score!

I was thrilled with the Best Buy installer who handled this, Juan Carly. He was very friendly, respectful, knowledgable, and prompt with his communication. He installed the microwave quickly and efficiently and I could not be more happy with his service!

They did a great job. They were very professional. They took the time to do the proper range vent installation. They made a special trip to the hardware store to get the correct parts for the proper installation. They were friendly.

Best Buy does an amazing job for the install. They arrived on time, even a bit early. They removed the old microwave, installed new brackets, and made sure the microwave was working properly before leaving. Such a smooth process.

Do yourself a favor, let a professional install the microwave. They are heavy to lift, require drilling holds in your cabinetry and awkwardly mounting above a stove. It is not an impossible task but some things should be left to a professional. The installer was quick, professional and cleaned the install site when he finished. For me , it was worth the price to know that it was done right and I wasn't risking injury to myself or damage to my appliances.

The team was very efficient and had the old one out and new microwave installed in about a half hour. They were prompt and had the installation down pat. Made it look easy.

Installation crew arrived on time. They were efficient and very friendly and helpful. They cleaned up after themselves and left no evidence of their work except for manuals on counter……and of course the installation of a new microwave.
