The install person came in and removed my old microwave and put the new one in super quick. Took about 45 mins. I was quite surprised and the microwave works well and looks great.

Thought I would do the installation myself. Became more complex than I wanted to tackle. Installer came as promised. Was knowledgeable, professional, efficient and FAST. Installation was completed quickly and microwave is functioning properly. Extremely satisfied.

The two brothers that installed mine were excellent. Very thorough and professional. Best Buy is lucky to have the guys represent their business.

Install went well, sent pictures of space 4 days in advance so no surprises, on time arrival, surfaces well protected, operation tested successful, short feature demonstration, complete cleanup. Best Buy = Quality.

The man who came to complete the installation was awesome. He completed the ob correctly, professionally and in a timely manner. He cleaned up after himself and even boxed up my old microwave. I am very happy with my microwave, and it works perfectly. Not to many bells and whistles, which is fine. I use it to defrost, heat frozen foods and reheat leftovers, and it works fine for those things.

The service tech new what he was doing here! He had this in and old one out in a very short time! He was able to get rid of a 3 inch gap that the last installers left with our old microwave. Very pleased with Best Buy installations. This guys is really awesome! Moved my old appliances too. Not one complaint about having to go around the house and in thru back door.

The installers arrived on time and finished up quickly. No mess, no fuss. The only issue was the initial 12hr window provided when ordering the installation.

The installers were great, even installed the dishwater the salesman left off the original ticket! Very fast 7 clean work!!

The guy was great worked well with us to get the job done. The only problem was sales guy said it cost that much to install because it took two guys and we only had one show up.

I recently had an over-the-range microwave installed in my home. The installers worked quickly and efficiently. They were obviously very experienced. They had all the necessary tools. They made a point to wear facial masks which I appreciated. They also made sure to clean up and remove the box and packaging materials. I would certainly trust them with any type of future installation.

This installation was flawless. The came within the timeframe I was given. They called to tell me they were on their way. Polite, professional and done in 30 minutes.

The technician was knowledgeable, polite and a hard worker. I enjoyed having him in my house doing the installation of my new microwave. Although removing my old microwave (2 years old) was challenging , he didn't give up and was able to complete the task without damaging my new kitchen cabinets. This young man represented your company very well.

I had to get a replacement microwave for over my range, and these guys were great. Covered the range and removed the previous one and had the new microwave installed in minutes. I was very happy!

The installers were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Tested the unit to ensure it was working properly. Arrived right on time and were very nice men. Removed my old microware and took it away.
