Professional installation. Quick, clean and perfectly installed. Compared to Lowes and Home Depot Vendor installations we have had done in the past this was night and day. We will stick to Best Buy for Appliances solely based on this great installation experience.

The technician was fast and efficient. I was working from home upstairs while he completed the installation downstairs in the kitchen. My husband was with him incase any issues arouse, but everything went smoothly. The technician was professional and polite. He hauled away our old microwave. We haven't experienced any issues with the new one.

the young man who installed our Microwave was excellent, I'm sorry I do not remember his name, but he worked out of the Chico Best buy, he explains everything that he is doing, and the reasons why, if something needs to added to do his work he asks for permission. I would have him work on any in my home

Installation team was there on time. They had given an early notice of ~10mins and showed up within the window Once at home, they were quite professional, wearing masks, using a sheet to cover the floor and not soil our carpet/kitchen. It took ~20mins for them to complete the installation, checks and haul away of the old appliance. Overall a very good experience.

Installers arrived on time, removed the old appliance and installed the new one. They made sure the oven was working properly before they left. They answered all my questions. The work area was clean when they left. I will definitely use this service again when needed.

Well designed over the range Whirlpool microwave works beautifully and adds light from underneath the microwave to light the range top. This is a replacement of the identical Whirlpool microwave that I purchased four years ago, but developed a problem with the control panel.

There were 2 installers. They came prepared with what they needed and worked quickly, removing the old microwave first and then installing the new one. The entire process took maybe 30 minutes.

Installer did a great job. Was on time. Professional. And made sure we understood how the appliance worked.

The Geek Squad both times arrived a few minutes early after calling to say they are on the way. No waiting around at our end. Although a second microwave had to be installed, the Squad was polite and professional both times and apologetic the second time for needing to come with a new microwave. They had to remove a 16 year old mounted microwave in a very tight space and to get the new one in and properly centered. We could not be more pleased with the quality of the installation.

The technician was great. He took the old one down, put it on his shoulder and took it out the door. Installing the new microwave was easy. It took him maybe 15 minutes to complete the installation.

Cannot say enough about the installation. The install Team was a crew of 3. They removed the existing microwave and installed the new one all within 15 minutes. The job was flawless and in addition, they were very nice, polite guys and they did not leave a mess for me to clean. Great job!!

GREAT Microwave. I originally bought on Samsung.com, the one they sent me (w/ delivery guys) was defective - They couldn't get me another one for 9 weeks! I ended up going onto bestbuy.com and bought a higher end model (this one) w/ delivery & installation - basically the same price and MUCH quicker and better customer service than samsung.com

Team Luis was awesome! They were on time, professional and detailed. They made sure everything was working correctly and that I understood how to operate the microwave.

The whole experience was great . My microwave needed a control panel . G E wanted $240.00 for part . Decided to replace and add convection oven to the microwave . I'm so glad I let them do the install . Even though it fit It was a 1/2" shorter and at least 20lbs. heavier . I would have had problems . For now on I will always use installer . Not as brave as I used to be.

Micro works well and is easy to operate. Two issues. I do not lied the halogen light. It is out of date and provides too much heat. Also, wish the it resisted fingerprints like mys other stainless appliances.

So glad I had them do the installation. I believe his name was Alex. He arrived With the microwave and all necessary tools. Completely covered the range below, removed the old micro and carted it away. Installed the new Whirlpool and made sure it worked. When he left everything was spotless. Not one speck of debris remained anywhere from the installation out the front door and down to his truck. Well worth having it installed by a pro
