The gentlemen that installed our over the range microwave were excellent. Not only did they seamlessly install the microwave, but they took the time to push our new range into the anti-tip mechanism, where the previous installer did not. They could've left it as is, but did not since they knew it didn't look right. Props to them. Would highly recommend.

The instltallers that came were amazing. I was away on business. I was worried for the guys knowing they had to now work with my girlfriend. All went amazingly well!!! They called in advance, showed up on the time they said, were extremly pleasant to work with and did a perfect install.

I love the fact that this is so big it’s a very nice microwave

I purchased this model to replace an old Kitchen Aide microwave. The new machine is living up to the high expectations set by my previous microwave. Very easy to understand how it works & many convenient pre-programmed features. The exhaust fan is quite powerful, but a little on the noisy side.

The installers were quick, efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Tested the unit to ensure it was working properly. Arrived right on time and were very nice men. Removed my old microware and took it away.

Installation was easy and fast, unlike other places like Home depot where I swear every installation there had to be something wrong or something that the installer came up with to not complete the installation. But with Best Buy no issues and no hickups.

The delivery was very fast, and pleasant young men did the installation quickly and effectively. That would have merited a five-star rating in normal days. Alas, these days under the pandemic are not normal. Best Buy's website clear shows the company's Geek Squad policies regarding the COVID-19 precautions. They stated that the workers would follow certain protocols such as wiping and cleaning the work areas. The policies also stated that customers would get a call before the delivery in order to go over the safety policies. We never received a call. The installers were wearing masks, which was good, but they did not wipe down the work areas after the installation was done. This was disappointing. Good publicly-displayed policies are meaningless unless executed. Although we were pleased with the fast delivery and efficient installation (at a good price too), we must put Best Buy on notice by reducing this review to a three-star rating due to the lapse in the COVID-19 safety policies.

The install was painless and efficient. The technicians took their time and ensured that everything was running properly before leaving the service call.

The installers did a fine job, they just arrived at the end of the day and not at the beginning of the day as I was told. What was frustrating was no communication that they would be delayed. I was on hold 3 times for over 45 minutes to see if they were coming on the day they were scheduled to install the microwave.

Jason and Larry were professional, on time, and quickly installed and removed the Microwave. They communicated their arrival as expected. While in my home they were polite and answered all questions. They tested the microwave and set the time. The old microwave was removed and the area was left clean. Their installation was top notch!

Brandon was amazing after dealing with previous installers that could not or would not install the microwave. A lot of confusion arose until Brandon could be brought on board. Thanks to Carlos my salesman and to Brandon, both of who know exactly what they are doing.

This was a bear to put in my old one was hotwired so we had to put a box in ourselves! Then removing the old one was a job. But the new one is so nice and works so much better. I love how clean it looks and how easy it is to clean. I love my new appliances. It makes my kitchen look so much better. Love how easy it is to use.

Best Buy techs installed a new GE replacement microwave oven. The selected model was the exact size as the old unit, so fit without any modifications. Techs were very organized, efficient, professional. Explained basic operation, cleaned up their debris, and departed. Very well done, good team. Thanks

We really appreciated the work of our installer. He encountered some of the challenging aspects of our old microwave, which had been installed years before we purchased this home. He was an experienced installer, displayed exceptional determination to properly install the unit in a less than ideal cabinet.
