The team was very efficient and had the old one out and new microwave installed in about a half hour. They were prompt and had the installation down pat. Made it look easy.

The range and microwave are great . The problem was with the delivery and installation. I was given a time and 8 hours later and five phone calls I finally got taken care of. The delivery guys were not at fault . They were sent from south St Louis to north count to south county to Wentzville. The scheduler was at fault.

The install person came in and removed my old microwave and put the new one in super quick. Took about 45 mins. I was quite surprised and the microwave works well and looks great.

Installers were on time and very efficient. Quickly removed our old MW and measure all attach points even though it was the same model that was being replaced. Removed all packaging and check for proper operation. Great installation.

Techs did a very good job installing the microwave. Display lights are annoying. Couldn't figure out how to turn on/off. Not in the instructions.

Both of my installers came wearing covid 19 p.p.e. (Masks, Gloves and Boot Covers). Friendly, quick, clean and thorough install. They even installed a new outlet I had in the garage because the installers of my old microwave had tampered with the existing outlet. They removed and hauled away the old microwave. Awesome job guys and many thanks.

Beautiful stainless steel matches the other appliances in my kitchen. Efficient beautifully and ez to use. The installation was fast and skillfully executed

Micro works well and is easy to operate. Two issues. I do not lied the halogen light. It is out of date and provides too much heat. Also, wish the it resisted fingerprints like mys other stainless appliances.

This has everything you'd ever want and more. It heats and cooks quickly. Only issue I have, the microwave when no one has used it or is even in the kitchen will beep and says press start to continue and has 7 seconds left on the time? This has happened more than a few times and will be calling to have someone look at it. Hopefully it is just a quick fix. Otherwise this is a great microwave and does everything it's supposed to.

The two men who came to install my new microwave knew exactly what they were doing. I watched from my living area as I can see clearly from there. They measured, they installed the bracket and mounted the microwave. They were careful and explained things to me as needed. I was very pleased with the installation and expertise.

I purchased my new Whirlpool microwave online through the Best Buy app. The installation went very well. They kept in touch and let me know when they would arrive. They took care not to leave a mess. Very polite. I am very happy with my purchase and would not hesitate to purchase another appliance from Best Buy.

The guy was great worked well with us to get the job done. The only problem was sales guy said it cost that much to install because it took two guys and we only had one show up.

GE Microwave product works great but I was disappointed with Best Buy installation customer service. Best Buy does not give you an estimated time of delivery and did not communicate that day of when the installer would show up. They gave me 0700-7pm time frame and I ended up waiting all day for the installer to show up at 5:30pm as my install was the last install on the list. Best Buy outsources their installers to outside contractors now and they are not Best Buy Geek Squad employees anymore. I love Best Buy and it’s products but their service will need an upgrade to keep customers happy.

Install was fast and complete. Would recommend this service.

I had heard awful stories about replacing existing OTR (Over-the-Range) microwaves. Several stores would not even attempt to remove and install one. Best Buy does and does a great job using 3rd party technicians. I highly recommend Best Buy for any OTR replacements.

The technician was great. He took the old one down, put it on his shoulder and took it out the door. Installing the new microwave was easy. It took him maybe 15 minutes to complete the installation.

Mike Strawberry installed our new GE Profile m/w alone......never saw anything like it. He removed our old one that was defective and installed the new one. He troubleshot a problem with the plug and in no time had the new one up ad ready.........best tech ever.........
