The installs were out a month which was disappointing but once the appointment came they got the job done without issue. They removed and hauled away old over the range microwave even though the Best Buy haul away guys said they can't remove it.

Installation was probably the fastest that I've ever seen. The Installers were very professional and very curtious, got right down to work and had everything removed and replaced and working in a matter of minutes. Quick explanation on how to work it.

GE Microwave product works great but I was disappointed with Best Buy installation customer service. Best Buy does not give you an estimated time of delivery and did not communicate that day of when the installer would show up. They gave me 0700-7pm time frame and I ended up waiting all day for the installer to show up at 5:30pm as my install was the last install on the list. Best Buy outsources their installers to outside contractors now and they are not Best Buy Geek Squad employees anymore. I love Best Buy and it’s products but their service will need an upgrade to keep customers happy.

Gil did a great job with the install. He was communicative about arrival time, on time, cleaned up and is obviously very knowledgeable about what he does. He was a pleasure to work with!

At time of purchase of the new OTR microwave I thought oh I can do that simple install myself but am I ever glad I listened to my wife and order the installation. The crew showed up on time and got the old unit removed and the new one installed in less than an hour. And even the pros had some challenges getting it lined up just right but their experience proved helpful in making it perfect. Money well spent relative to the investment in the new range and OTR microwave.

The installation was completed within 30 minutes and done with precision. The workers were professional in their attitudes and absolutely knew what they were doing. I tried to order this microwave from Lowes and they stated it would not fit. They were wrong. I am so glad I got this at Best Buy. I got what I wanted.

We were notified the day before delivery of our upcoming appointment, and then received a call about 1/2 hour before arrival. The installer was very good, disconnecting our old microwave and hauling it off and installing the new one in its place. He made sure the range underneath didn't get any scraps or scratches by covering it with a heavy duty moving blanket. Overall, this was a very good experience and I am very satisfied with the service!

Installer called prior to appt and discussed install and confirmed date for installation. He missed the window he stated but did call and update on times he could be there and showed up . Did a professional job .. cleaned up and removed the old unit

The 2 Service techs did a nice job. They had all the necessary tools and cleaned up after the install. They were polite and the wife and I love the new microwave.

When your microwave starts sparking after 10 years of use ... you know it's time for a new one. The two men that installed my over-the-range microwave were quick and efficient! They wore booties, masked up, removed the old microwave and installed the new one in less than 10 minutes. And I love my new microwave!

Installers were on time and very efficient. Quickly removed our old MW and measure all attach points even though it was the same model that was being replaced. Removed all packaging and check for proper operation. Great installation.

Professional installation! They took care to cover everything before starting work. The two gentlemen worked efficiently to remove the old unit and performed a perfect installation of the replacement. They tested the new unit and offered to answer any questions I had. These folks were great.
