The best buy installation was quick and they were in and out in less than 15 minutes. They made sure the microwave was working before they left and they cleaned up and I was impressed with the service they performed.

We purchased an LG over the range microwave as well as the installation. Everything went better than expected from the scheduling to the installation. The installers were on time and removed the old microwave and installed the new one in about 1/2 hour. The installers were very polite and courteous as well.

The instltallers that came were amazing. I was away on business. I was worried for the guys knowing they had to now work with my girlfriend. All went amazingly well!!! They called in advance, showed up on the time they said, were extremly pleasant to work with and did a perfect install.

The 2 gentlemen that provided our deliver and install of the new microwave and haul away of the old microwave were the best!! They were competent, friendly and answered our questions. We couldn't have asked for more.

The delivery guys who brought the microwave called about 30 minutes before they were arriving asked that I clean out the cabinet above the old microwave, which I appreciated rather than doing it while they were here. Came in removed the old one put in the new one in ,10 minutes done!! They were quick and they did not leave a mess! Awesome service

I purchased this model to replace an old Kitchen Aide microwave. The new machine is living up to the high expectations set by my previous microwave. Very easy to understand how it works & many convenient pre-programmed features. The exhaust fan is quite powerful, but a little on the noisy side.

The 2 installers that came to replace my old microwave with a new one were terrific. Very pleasant men and explained how to use my new microwave. Did a great job. Would highly recommend them.

I had heard awful stories about replacing existing OTR (Over-the-Range) microwaves. Several stores would not even attempt to remove and install one. Best Buy does and does a great job using 3rd party technicians. I highly recommend Best Buy for any OTR replacements.
