Best Buy techs installed a new GE replacement microwave oven. The selected model was the exact size as the old unit, so fit without any modifications. Techs were very organized, efficient, professional. Explained basic operation, cleaned up their debris, and departed. Very well done, good team. Thanks

We really appreciated the work of our installer. He encountered some of the challenging aspects of our old microwave, which had been installed years before we purchased this home. He was an experienced installer, displayed exceptional determination to properly install the unit in a less than ideal cabinet.

The installers did a fine job, they just arrived at the end of the day and not at the beginning of the day as I was told. What was frustrating was no communication that they would be delayed. I was on hold 3 times for over 45 minutes to see if they were coming on the day they were scheduled to install the microwave.

Installation was easy and fast, unlike other places like Home depot where I swear every installation there had to be something wrong or something that the installer came up with to not complete the installation. But with Best Buy no issues and no hickups.

Subcontractor for Best Buy did an excellent professional job quickly very good clean up. Would use again anytime need appliance installed

The person who delivered and installed my microwave was on-time, professional and courteous. Because the microwave was similar to the previous model I owned, he was able to complete the installation in less than 10 minutes, cleaned everything up, and carted the old microwave away. There is no question I would utilize this service again in the future.

The gentlemen that installed our over the range microwave were excellent. Not only did they seamlessly install the microwave, but they took the time to push our new range into the anti-tip mechanism, where the previous installer did not. They could've left it as is, but did not since they knew it didn't look right. Props to them. Would highly recommend.

The range and microwave are great . The problem was with the delivery and installation. I was given a time and 8 hours later and five phone calls I finally got taken care of. The delivery guys were not at fault . They were sent from south St Louis to north count to south county to Wentzville. The scheduler was at fault.

Over the stove microwave- pulled the old one out, got the new one in quickly and carefully. They even pulled my stuff out of the cabinets (I forgot to when prepping) great treatment

Jason and Larry were professional, on time, and quickly installed and removed the Microwave. They communicated their arrival as expected. While in my home they were polite and answered all questions. They tested the microwave and set the time. The old microwave was removed and the area was left clean. Their installation was top notch!

This was a bear to put in my old one was hotwired so we had to put a box in ourselves! Then removing the old one was a job. But the new one is so nice and works so much better. I love how clean it looks and how easy it is to clean. I love my new appliances. It makes my kitchen look so much better. Love how easy it is to use.

The installation of the over the range microwave was done in a very Professional Manner. The person installing the item was knowledgeable and knew what had to be done to remove the old microwave and prepare for the installation of the new. His overall knowledge and professionalism was noteworthy. Glad Best Buy had a person of his caliber conducting the installation.
