Microwave is working as expected. The installers were FANTASTIC! cleaned up after the install, no mess left behind. Its too bad be had to wait so long for the microwave to be delivered to the warehouse before delivery to our home.

Total tech for Best Buy is very good. They will install everything & will make sure there are no gaps. Even if you have issues you can call them again. Very happy to see such a smooth installation & care.

I am being happy with my new GE microwave. I hope it lasts 23 years, as my previous GE did! Only the handle broke on the earlier one, not the microwave, itself! It looks beautiful, but more importantly, it is easy to use. Person who installed it, did a great job! Friendly and proficient!

I thought about installing the microwave myself, but I am glad the professionals did it. I didn't have the tools or knowledge they did. They installed it quickly and cleanly. So glad that they did it instead of me, (as so is my wife!)

The installers did an excellent job. They called to say what time they would be at my house and they arrived at the specified time. They removed the old microwave and placed it in the garage. They installed the new microwave and cleaned up their work area. They showed me how to operate the microwave.

Great service. They wore masks and booties, arrived on time. Had the tools and hardware to install. Had to install a new mounting bracket. They knew what they were doing and it was so quick. Cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use the unit. Great value for service.

The guys were great left everything clean, came on time, and made sure it worked.

My new microwave was installed timely. The installer did an excellent job. The microwave fitted perfectly.

The only issue I like to address is they did not leave me instructions on the oven or the microwave. And the men did not really show me how to operate either the oven or the microwave.

Great local installation crew of 2 from Best Yet for an over the range microwave with hood. Excellent communication leading up to arrival. They were well prepared and knowledgeable making the job quick and efficient. Made sure everything was right and checked to see if I had any questions.

Purchased new Microwave over the stove installation was included as part of our total tech membership. The technician called and made an appointment. He showed arrived on time and installed the new unit. He was very professional taking great care not to dirty the kitchen. Excellent experience!
