Guys did a great job. Prompt, tidy, friendly and efficient.

The tech did not show contact me until well past the end of the scheduled time. It was later discovered, that he had been overbooked and was running solo. The tech made every effort to arrive during the next convenient time for me and did a wonderful job. They were a 3rd party installation service, but I would demand they install my services in the future. Great job to them!

team came in and accomplished the task without fanfare and did a nice clean installation and even explained some of the new features on the microwave versus the old one it replaced.

No idea how difficult it would have been by myself, but these two guys made it look super easy!! Walked in, took down the old microwave, installed the new one, cleaned up and took the box with them, and they MAY have been a total of 10 minutes! Well worth the money!

I had the Kitchen Aid Microwave installed; The team sent was incredible. New kitchen, so they had to drill a hole for the power cord. They had the microwave mounted and ready in 1/2 hour. Removed all packing materials.

This crew of 2 was both professional and skilled. their know how set me at ease as they went to work and worked with all the know-how anyone could ask for. They were masked and took my safety seriously. My surrounding cabinets and sinks and floors were treated with care and respect. Wonderful experience!

I appreciate the guys who installed the over the range microwave. They were patient with me when, last minute, it turns out I needed to remove a decorative piece which framed the old microwave. Once that was removed the installation was a cinch. they were neat enough. they were fast. Given the weather on that day, I appreciate their phone call when running behind schedule.

We've had our share of experiences with appliance installation & repair techs over the years. So, when we purchased our new microwave at Best Buy & the salesman could tell us who would be performing the installation.. I was a little surprised (many just farm the work out). When Oscar arrived he was careful to ensure he protected not only our floors but the other surfaces in the kitchen with heavy blankets. He was very clear about the work he would be performing and was willing to answer questions I had as the work proceeded. He was the most organized of any tech I've ever had out. He laid out the work area, had the proper tools (he even had a lift to raise the microwave into position). He explained the features of the microwave to my wife & I and tested to make sure it was functioning properly. He did a very thorough job of cleaning up all the packaging and wiping things down. Oscar was very pleasant & informed us that in addition to the installation, should our other appliances need service we could call Best Buy and he was trained to service our other kitchen appliances. A month prior, a competitor's service tech fried our old microwave (talking smoke coming out of it) on the unprotected surface of our dining room table. I will gladly call Best Buy for any future service based on this experience.

This was one of the easiest installs. The guys were professional, on time, friendly, and quick. They kept me informed as to their arrival time. Can you ask for antthing more?

The engineer did a flawless job of installing our LG Microwave. We have custom cabinets in our kitchen so he had to work at getting the Microwave to fit into the space left by the old microwave. All done within 45 minutes and it looks like it was a part of the original remodeling.

At first, I was concerned because the installers were being super cautious about making sure everything would fit and work properly. But once they started, I was confident in what they were doing. Andi it turned out great. They were so fast, I didn't even notice they were finished until they were asking me to come in and show me how it worked.
