Best Buy’s installers/technicians are always so professional, polite, friendly. I only buy my electronics from them.

Really impressed with the install team that showed up to our home, We purchased a fridge, dish washer, gas stove and microwave, the team removed, installed and hauled away the old in just around an hour, Very courteous and professional team. Well worth the extra dollars to pay for the install, it would have took me an easy 3 to 4 hours crawling around to get this done.

Great removal and installation of microwave by the service team. Explained how to use and set the clock for us. Took away all the packaging.

The company Best Buy used to install the microwave / range hood did a good job. Some custom work was necessary because of the location of our backsplash tiles (halfway up the wall but not all the way). The contractor waited while I went to the store to buy a plywood piece and put it in for me so that the microwave could be attached to an even surface.

The 2 guys who did the work were friendly, efficient, and got it done in no time. They performed a test with water to ensure the microwave was working and venting correctly. And, they were friendly with our small dogs, which is always a plus for us.

Did a great job making sure I was understanding how the unit worked. Spent his time helping me find the most ideal over the range microwave. They did great uninstall and reinstall.

The work was completed very quickly. The microwave looks great and works great, so I guess they must have done a good job. He made it look so easy that I almost wish I hadn't paid for the service, but since I would have had little idea what I was doing if I had attempted myself, it was money well spent.

I had the Kitchen Aid Microwave installed; The team sent was incredible. New kitchen, so they had to drill a hole for the power cord. They had the microwave mounted and ready in 1/2 hour. Removed all packing materials.

The installation was quick and done with skills. This included explaning the use of the item and checking ti make aure it worked properly.

This was long delayed due to the Corona virus. So my old one sat in my table for two months instead of five days. Quite the space hog Had difficulty with the phone Apt set up. Kept getting conflicting emails too Then after the installation we kept getting more auto calls to set up apt. But the installation itself went very well

This was a very professional installation. The only hiccup turned out to be nothing. The installer cautioned us that he might not be able to install the microwave because we had a tile backsplash. Our initial reaction was outrage that nothing had been said about this earlier in the process. However, the microwave fit perfectly, even though the size dimensions were different that the previous microwave.

We had purchased an new over the range microwave. The installers were very quick. The techs were very neat and friendly. The total Tech program is worth every penny. Didn’t have to pay for a tech to come and look at the old microwave or have the new one installed.

The gentlemen sent to install our microwave, where knowledgeable and efficient. Install was done and cleaned up with in a very short time. They took some time to explain the product.

Great service. They wore masks and booties, arrived on time. Had the tools and hardware to install. Had to install a new mounting bracket. They knew what they were doing and it was so quick. Cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use the unit. Great value for service.

A little simpler than some to operate, the unit performs very well and is quieter than most.
