Great job removing the old microwave and installing the new!! Men were very nice! Two were in training! We did however keep the old microwave due to it worked off and on even though I originally said I would have your guys take it.

The installation was so quick fast and in a hurry that I hadn’t finished my coffee before they were done. The first guy had the old one out by the time the second guy brought the new one from the truck. They had it installed and tested in short order. Thanks guys, you did a really great job.

Pleased with this GE over-the-range microwave so far. Matches my other appliances & operates as expected. Was very pleased with the Total Tech installation process.

The installers were on time and extremely professional as they all have been when working with Best Buy's installers! They were also great about my curious dog! I kept him out of there way during the install, but were awesome with him when the installation was complete.

The BestBuy Geek Squad did a great job on the installation on my new Over-The-Range Samsung microwave. Their service was professional, efficient, and very meticulous. They made sure everything was absolutely perfect, cleaned up afterwards, and went through basic operating instructions. They were friendly, prompt, and very knowledgeable about my new appliance!

I was very impressed with the service provided for the installation of my microwave. The installer was prompt and efficient and very helpful in answering my questions.

Our installation window was 1 - 5pm but the crew didn't arrive until 6. Once they were there, they completely knew what they were doing and performed a perfect installation in less than 15 minutes. However the team had an apprentice who had problems removing the microwave from its cardboard box and ended up putting a 12" scratch in our hardwood floor.

These guys were amazing. They had the old above range microwave out and the new one perfectly installed in LESS than 10 minutes...and that includes unboxing time!

Installation of an over the stove microwave. The Geek Squad guy who came out to install our new GE microwave knew exactly what he was dong and had the proper tools to get the job done quickly and properly. I had thought about installing it myself, but now I am glad he did it.

The installation procedure went quite quickly. The installers were very professional and friendly. They were at my home exactly when they said they would be. Since we've only had this for a few hours, I can't vouch for the quality of the item.

Very good microwave installation would definitely use again

The best buy delivery tram did an excellent job. Personally, I feel they went above and beyond. He notified me early of the slight change in schedule and called again when he was nearby. He removed the old appliance and quite frankly did a better job than what was there.

Works pretty nicely. One issue I have with it is that Samsung uses 2 halogen bulbs for the exterior lights and I wish they were LED. Also, the touchpad seems to be a bit quirky as if the overlay is off a little from.where you actually need to touch.

Did a great job making sure I was understanding how the unit worked. Spent his time helping me find the most ideal over the range microwave. They did great uninstall and reinstall.

The gentlemen sent to install our microwave, where knowledgeable and efficient. Install was done and cleaned up with in a very short time. They took some time to explain the product.

installation of our over the range Kitchenaid microwave super fast pull out old which we kept to re sell since in good shape and installed new one quick as a whip no issues. highly recommend geek squad pkg if buying all new appliances at once to save on install and kits and haul away no one can beat it.

It gives us extra piece of mind knowing that all of our purchases will automatically come with extended warranties (up to 24 mo.) because we purchased the Totaltech Membership, so far we're EXTREMELY happy with it and HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! Why we're "EXTREMELY" happy, because not only do we get extended warranties and a longer return window we also get free installation for our Best Buy purchases. Our membership covered the entire cost of installation of our new appliances (Electric Range & Over the Range Microwave Hood), plus installation of 4 TV's mounted on the wall, 3 soundbars also mounted on the wall under the TV's and we also had an in wall plug installed behind one of the TV's which hides the cords inside the wall. All the installers have arrived on time and have all been very professional - we HIGHLY recommend!
