The installation went exactly as it should, and the tech was friendly and showed up on time. I appreciated that there was a more exact time given than the usual 3-6 hour window that many installers give.

This was my first experience with Best Buy delivery. Charles was on time and called multiple times to let me know he was en route. He got here and went right to work removing my old Microwave and installing the new one in record time. He took the time to work me through the new unit and even test it. Awesome service overall.

They came in, removed the old microwave and installed the new one with the install kit in 30 minutes. Did not make a mess in my home or track in mud! Extremely polite too! The engineer did a flawless job of installing our LG Microwave. We have custom cabinets in our kitchen so he had to work at getting the Microwave to fit into the space left by the old microwave. All done within 45 minutes and it looks like it was a part of the original remodeling.

It took no time at all to install my microwave. They put down a drop cloth before install and after they left there was no sign that they were ever there. Professional and courteous are two words that come to mind.

The install by Hawaii Unified was so awesom. Chase and Christian were great and very helpful. When my oven unboxed and was racked, they help resolve the problem and took it back. They worked really hard bringing it in the house and installing it. Everything works great.
