I don’t recall the install, but I do see that they had scratched my oven after they left as when I noticed it other than that they did a proper job installing it, but I wasn’t watching them as closely as I should nor did I do it well enough inspection And it’s just a little scratched so it’s minor

I am not happy with the control panel not lighting up at night to see. 2) most recipes with airfrying require a basket. There is no basket

Jimmy did an excellent job on 12/22. In and out in a half hour. Too bad his truck broke down on the first delivery date in November because the guys that came out on 12/6 said they couldn't install it and that I needed to trim 2 inches of tile off my backsplash. Jimmy had no such concerns. I'm glad I didn't trim the tile (what a mess it would make) and was only out $15 for the plywood I bought to even out the wall. I give Jimmy 5 stars. The rest of the experience left a sour taste.

The technicians who installed our microwave were the best possible. They were prepared for any scenario that might happen in installation, They handled the installation with ease. We are very grateful for Best Buy and the Total Tech program.

Arrived as scheduled. 2 installers got the old one out and the new one in with little fuss. Kept things covered and safe. Cleaned up nicely after installation. Took all packaging and old microwave away. Good experience. Would recommend. Did in an hour what would have taken me all day! Installed 2/15/20.

This microwave is amazing. Quiet and a nice done chime that you can hear but subdued. You know you bought a high quality microwave because the door is heavy and closes softly. I am looking forward to using the many features it comes with.

So many wonderful options for cooking!!! Still trying to use functions I haven't tried.

My microwave installation was done by the team of Jose and Jose. They are very professional and meticulous and did a perfect job installing my built-in microwave. It was a difficult installation due to the size of the opening, but they were patient and figured it out and did a perfect job! Thank You!

We love the GE Advantium. This is our second one for our vacation home. Don't know how we've gotten along without it. The delivery and install team was prompt and knowledgeable. Very pleased.

Installers were quick and efficient in removing old microwave and installing new one. They were courteous and they cleaned up afterwards including removal of old microwave.

Installer was professional and fast. He removed the damaged microwave and replaced it with the new one. The new microwave is straight, there are no gaps, and it was handled properly, so there was no damage to my cabinets, stove, or microwave.

I was very pleased with the removal of my old microwave and the installation of the new one. The installer was very courteous, professional and experienced, and did his job well. Everything went on time, cleanly and smoothly. He also showed me how to use both the new microwave and the new oven, before he left. It couldn't have gone any better.

The gentlemen that installed my appliances were professional, courteous, and performed quality work. I am happy with the finished installation. The fellas moved my old appliances to the garage per my request and neatly placed them in a corner out of the way. They would have hauled the old ones off per request too.

The installation process was very easy and it worked out perfectly fine with me. The two young men worked as a team and they provided me with a answer to my questions and when they were done with the left everything in order, clean and they took all trash out.

The guys that removed and installed our new Microwave were outstanding. They were very professional and friendly. Explained everything and cleaned up any mess. If they worked for me, I'd give them a raise.

My installer communicated with me to inform me when he would be arriving. He removed and hauled off my old microwave. He installed the new one quickly and efficiently. He tested the new one to make sure that multiple functions worked. He protected the surrounding area during the removal and replacement, and he cleaned up the area upon completion.
