The installation of the microwave went great. Matt and Stephen were friendly, professional and efficient with the installation. I expected delivery in the afternoon, but Ryan called in the morning to see if it would be convenient to deliver and install that morning. It worked out perfect.

Replacing a previous microwave seems easy but we have learned the hard way that some things are better done with a professional. We were informed of our wait time and all questions were answered by the knowledgeable service staff. Quick & easy!

He Drilled the holes correctly for microwave to be installed. I had to drill a separate hole for wire to go up through cabinet above.

Flawless. Only took about ten minutes for one tech to take down our existing over the range microwave and install the new unit. Worth every dollar. We live in a condominium complex and have no way to dispose of used appliances. The service is highly recommended.

The installer was great and even assisted with getting the old microwave into the trash. Highly professional and very personable.

Microwave is working well. When the geek squad first came to install it, they couldn't because the previous one had been hard-wired and we needed to get an electrician to install an outlet. They came back & installed the microwave and it looks good and works well.

The Geek who installed my microwave did a great job. He worked alone and had no trouble installing the microwave (unlike a different store that installed my previous one).

In and out so fast. Removed the old broken microwave and put in the new one. That and cleaned up the kitchen in what seemed like seconds but must have been a few minutes.

Install was quick with relatively no issues. The time window I was given was 12PM-8PM, but they showed up at 8 AM so I had to adjust my schedule. Otherwise the process was smooth and efficient.

The guys came and installed so fast and even hauled away our old microwave. They work so efficiently and fast, experts indeed. THank you!
