Bestbuy let us know before purchasing that the item was on a 2 month back order.. We loved the microwave so we were willing to wait. The microwave came available about 2 weeks earlier which was a huge plus. We had it delivered and installed. The crew was very professional and my wife was even home alone and never felt uncomfortable. The microwave surpassed expectations. Bestbuy did an A+ job with the whole process.

The install is a fair bit pricy, about as much as it was to purchase the microwave itself. The actual service however went very well. The agent that did the install was fast, efficient and polite. Happened very quickly and notification for when they would be there was very good.

They put a microwave in what can you say? It fit at works. End of story.

Excellent service. Went to Lowes and Home Depot first since we have bought many appliance from them. Lowes horrible service and the price after discount were standard price at Best Buy. I would recommend to try out BEST BUY.

My installation team arrived on time, figured out a way to install the microwave despite the existing vent not exactly lining up with the new machine, and took away my old dead machine. Very happy!

Install was quick with relatively no issues. The time window I was given was 12PM-8PM, but they showed up at 8 AM so I had to adjust my schedule. Otherwise the process was smooth and efficient.

After a delay in the original installation schedule, the Saturday morning installation by Anthony H of the San Rafael Geek Squad was excellent, totally professional and totally protective of the kitchen environment in which he was working. He hauled away the old unit and we were back to normal life again. Three cheers for Anthony and his great install job!

I was a bit worried when it wasn’t the Geek Squad, the third-party vendor they used, was absolutely professional ,helpful and knowledgeable and proactive!

Love the microwave but disappointed with all of the delays leading up to its installation.

The Best Buy installer was on time and very friendly. He was very helpful and explained everything that he was doing. He was efficient and made sure we received the instructions and materials. Also, demonstrated how to put in the charcoal filter. I'm very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use Best Buy delivery and installation service in the future.
