Installation crew was late, but they did get here. Installation crew was fast and efficient. They did a good job, but they left plastic coverings over microwave vents, and we didn't discover that until one came tumbling down.

This is a great size microwave, works great and is beautiful!

David from Geek Squad came in the home and installed our microwave in record time, he is a work horse. knew exactly what was needed to get done, and was out of the house within 15 min. very impressive.

Love it. Has features the old one didn't. The exhaust fan is so much better than the old one, it actually works to get rid of odors, and when cooking bacon it keeps the smell from the rest of the house. I like the 1 touch features, the led range light is great. And you can actually see what's inside. all in all it's hands down better than the old version.

The installer did a great job, and was very professional. The install looks great and was done in the time it would have taken me to unbox the microwave. The installer cleaned up after himself. I am very pleased with the work that was done. Microwave installation was free with the package I purchased, and I am very happy with the service that was provided.

I was contacted the day before as a reminder of the installation and also received a call that morning with the approximate time of arrival. Two gentlemen came to install it and were very quick and courteous. They made sure I understood the new features and cleaned up the entire area when they were completed. Great job!!!

The installation of the microwave went great. Matt and Stephen were friendly, professional and efficient with the installation. I expected delivery in the afternoon, but Ryan called in the morning to see if it would be convenient to deliver and install that morning. It worked out perfect.

Microwave is working well. When the geek squad first came to install it, they couldn't because the previous one had been hard-wired and we needed to get an electrician to install an outlet. They came back & installed the microwave and it looks good and works well.

The two teams of installers were wonderful. The first team dealt with a misrepresented boxed microwave. The second team was equally as competent and did a very good installation.

The 2 guys that installed the new microwave were fantastic. Very quick and they definitely seemed to know what they were doing. They disposed of ours which is extremely convenient. They took all the excess cardboard, plastic...etc. Ver
