While I like our new over-the-range Microwave oven, I should have opened the box before leaving the store. I say this because the oven that was brought to me by the Sales person was NOT the same over-on-display that I wanted and didn't offer some of the features that I saw on the floor display unit. Now you ask why I didn't take it back, well that is a story in itself, Bst Buy sells a membership to their "TotalTech" program that covers most purchases and includes installation. I bought a TotalTech membership when I purchased new appliances to the tune of almost $5000.00. So, when I asked about installation from my TotalTech membership the Salesperson could not find it and said that there was nothing they could do. But to his credit, we did find the membership but for some weird reason it could not be accessed and after a very long time the Salesperson stuck his neck out and scheduled the installation, YEAH Mr. Gomez!! So weeks later when the installation guy arrived to put in the Microwave and unpacked the box it was just too late in the process to start over. So the moral of this story is: Buyer Beware and Check out the box before you leave Best Buy, keeping in mind that we live almost 40 miles away up in the rural area of the San Bernardino mountains, which is over a hour from the store.

The installers I have been assigned to from Best Buy have all been great! They keep you informed of their arrival times , arrive on time, get the job done with no hiccups and are pleasant people all around.

I purchased a new over the range microwave and needed someone to install it. I had no idea how to do it and paid Geek Squad to do it for me. The installation guys came out on time, they finished in about an hour and cleaned up after themselves. Very good, very efficient, worth the money.

The gentlemen who installed our over the range microwave were very professional, quick and efficient. They actually installed the entire 4 piece kitchen suite. They arrive in the second hour of the time block and finished haul away and installation in about 2 1/2 hours. Great job on a really hot day.

Everyone in my family has given me positive feedback. My niece absolutely love to use my LG microwave. Has bells and whistles but is extremely easy to operate. Individual settings ensure food is heated at right temp. Light and fan have different settings. Probably the best microwave I have ever owned.

Bestbuy let us know before purchasing that the item was on a 2 month back order.. We loved the microwave so we were willing to wait. The microwave came available about 2 weeks earlier which was a huge plus. We had it delivered and installed. The crew was very professional and my wife was even home alone and never felt uncomfortable. The microwave surpassed expectations. Bestbuy did an A+ job with the whole process.

Our microwave installation over the range was a tight, tough install due to a small piece of trim around the opening. However, the installer stayed with the job and got it installed beautifully without any damage to the trim. A less experienced installer could have made a mess of the job.

Paul the technician was awesome, fast, on time. He knew a lot about this over the range microwave. I liked that he called me twice on the day of my appointment. The first time to tell me that he was on his way and the 2nd time when he was almost at my house. Highly recommended.

The workers were great. Came in, took out the old, and installed the new one. They showed me how to work it, and also made surebit worked. Great jov!

The microwave is nice and looks beautiful in my kitchen. It took awhile to get it installed but it was worth the wait. It would have happened sooner if they had told me that I had to take the tile down before they could install it.
