I choose a microwave to open the door with a button and NOT a handle. My previous 3 microwaves had handles but eventually the bottom of the handles broke. Easy to operate and quiet. Highly recommend!!

Two guys came in. Took down old microwave.Installed new LG microwave and cleaned up. Very quick and easy installation. Great job.

The geek that installed this was very experienced at this installation. He worked quickly and was very friendly. I read other reviews about this particular model microwave and all the trouble others had installing it, but this guy knew what he was doing. It was a perfect fit.

He came and swapped out the old microwave in under an hour. Nice guy, cleaned up after he was done, no issues with the new microwave

Just like I stated in the review for the microwave, the installation service was excellent. They took the time prepare the area before installation so that my stove and counter tops were protected. They took care when installing the microwave. I will use this service again!

The 2 workers that came to install my microwave knew what they were doing and had it installed quickly. They cleaned up after themselves and hauled away my old microwave. I would recommend them.

Service team installing over range microwave were very professional and made sure any dust from drilling was cleaned up. They were also early for the appointment time!

This was the most organized, efficient and excellent installation of any appliance I have ever purchased. I was really impressed. Thought I had excellent service and installation in the past but this certainly surpassed all others.

The microwave is perfect. The installment well not so good it said they will remove the microwave put new one in and take the one out and put it somewere else. The guy from geeksquad said no he wouldnt do it. I payed all together 150.00 for him to just install a microwave.

Two gentlemen installed new our new Samsung microwave, dishwasher, and oven, hauling away our old ones. They did a great job and even reminded me about stuff left in my oven. I almost lost all of my cookie sheets! Great service.

Two of the nicest gentlemen installed the microwave in record time. They explained everything, asked if we had questions, cleaned up everything and left.

This microwave was replacing an installed "broken" one. The second installers made special effort to ensure the new one was installed properly for our kitchen.

The installer wore a mask and he was quick and courteous. He was very professional. The installation was great...Best Buy was difficult to deal with. Best Buy kept blaming covid for their crappy customer service and scheduling problems.

The two men showed up what they said they would, were professional, efficient, took care to protect the range underneath, completed the install in a short time frame, cleaned up, and were off to other adventures :)
