The two young gentlemen that installed our microwave did an excellent job installing it. They treated our home and the microwave with respect. They professionally handled the installation well. I am extremely pleased with our installation and will always choose Best Buy for future appliance needs.

The two people who delivered our microwave also installed it. They were efficient and knowledgeable. They wore masks. They were tidy, and they removed all the packing materials and tested the microwave to be sure that it was working.

The installer did a great job, even though it was the end of a busy day for him. Looks nice and works ok.

Installer was friendly, courteous AND on time. He was experienced with various brands and appliances (refrigerator, range, dishwasher...etc.) The install he performed has been flawless and would request him again if available.

The installer came later than the scheduled time, but that was a problem of improper scheduling. He did an excellent job of removing the old microwave and installing the new one.

The guys were so professional, quick and efficient at the install. Thankful that they were there to deliver and install.

Replaced a 7 year old LG that got burned by tampered food. Different desgn but so far working great. Staying with LG that's fore sure

They put a microwave in what can you say? It fit at works. End of story.

Installers were great as it wasn't a smooth fit, A lot of refitting and effort . You better keep these guys as they are customer oriented and are a willing to do whatever is required.

The installers did a good job with the actual microwave installation but they left a lot of sawdust on the counter tops and floor from drilling new holes in the cabinetry (the support screws are positioned differently from the prior OTR microwave).

I love how helpful they were with the installation and all! Very professional and walked me through on how to operate it!

The gentleman was pleasant, efficient, friendly and personable. He cleaned the area after installation and made it a point to cover the stove top and surrounding areas to keep them from being scratched.

Rather stressful watching a new microwave being installed over my new smooth surface range, especially when one of the range burners was accidentally turned on & started burning/melting the protective pad. But the guys installing cleaned everything up & finished the installation with great humor
