the installation was done extremely well and fast!

They installed the microwave. Despite giving them our home number, they kept calling my cell phone seeking a confirmation. Of course I was not home and I was in middle of a meeting when finally I did answer after multiple missed calls. That said, they did a good job removing the old microwave and installing the new one.

On 1/29/2024, Wael Abdalla (also another installer) with RXO installed my GE Over the Range Microwave. They were both professional and polite. They covered my cooktop & then took all packing and boxes with them. Mr Abdalla programmed my microwave & then explained how to use it. My old microwave was GE and operating the new microwave is very similar. I recommend these installers to friends & family.

Two of the nicest gentlemen installed the microwave in record time. They explained everything, asked if we had questions, cleaned up everything and left.

The technicians were great, and the microwave installation was done quickly, efficiently and it looks and works great. The reason for the 2 star reduction is the price. This was a re-installation. Going back into the same spot, using the existing bolt holes and support bracket (after cabinet refacing). They actually wanted to charge me $20 more than I paid when it was installed initially, but after I complained it was reduced to the same price I paid before. This was still a rip-off since the scope of work was 25% of an installation from scratch.

Best ever! I was fully informed about everything. The installers were ontime, very professional, walked me thru all the necessary information for operation, and left no messes behind. Finished the installation quickly, and have had perfect operation of appliances since they were here.
