The installers arrived when they were scheduled. They were friendly and moved fast. They removed the old microwave and installed the new one in about 20 minutes. They cleaned up and carried the old one out.

Take the worry out of your microwave installation and have an expert do it! Total Tech has paid in spades for my Best Buy purchases!

The last over the range microwave I purchased, 13 years ago installed by mounting a bracket on the back wall and then mounting the microwave on that bracket...so easy I did it myself. I am glad I purchase the professional installation with this because newer microwaves mount from the back and top. Out kitchen setup did not have the necessary structural items to accommodate the top mounting...so, the installer anchored and put supports in place for the top mounting, made sure it was secure and made it work. Granted he spent 3:00 hours on the microwave...which I do not believe was what he had in mind when he arrived. I looked at my microwave again on Best Buy web site and found nothing regarding how the microwave mounts. Five stars for this installer that spent about 10 hours, including drive time, delivering and installing our purchases.

First impressions mean everything to me and the first impression the installers gave me was unacceptable. They were rude about cars parked on the street where they wanted to unload and when they removed the old microwave they were very rough with it and as they were placing it on the floor, I said the old appliances were all being donated and to please handle them with care, but the installer still released the microwave firmly on the tile floor. My husband had a conversation with them and things settled down and the install went on without further incident. In fact they apologized and did a fabulous install. I submitted a formal complaint to Best Buy and was contacted by management. I appreciate the service and urgency with which my request was met and resolved to my satisfaction.

Dakota arrived on time and immediately went to work. He was polite and efficient, performing the installation correctly. He did a great job! Best Buy should be proud of him.

Courteous, well equipped to do the job, removed all the debris from the house. Installers could not test either unit due to a prolonged power outage during installation and late Friday night delivery. I tested the units after the power came back on and both units functioned as required.

I always get the install when buying appliances. They are so professional and efficient.

The installation technician arrived on time and installed the product along with a new range that I also purchased. He was done in less than an hour with both products and took time to show me the basic features on both products and how to operate them. Very satisfied.

The servicemen that did the Microwave installation were very courteous. They removed (and took away) my old Microwave and installed the new one in a short period of time. They left no mess for me to clean up...They wore "booties" over their shoes so they would not track dirt into the house.

The delivery team got here before their delivery window which was a great surprise. They were quick and efficient in taking out the old microwave and putting in the new one. Keep using this vendor!

So much nicer than doing it yourself! Looks great, you can tell it was professionally installed. Saved me a lot of grief lol. Technician knew exactly what he was doing and took him no time at all

The Guys from Lone Star Construction installed my microwave from Best Buys Geek Squad and they did an Amazing job, arrived on time, installed quickly, did a great job! protected my countertops during instalation and cleaned up their mess when they were done! Will use in the future!

Delivery and installation of the microwave was very fast and efficient. The young man wiped down the microwave and checked it out. Then cleaned up their mess. Was very very pleased.

Our installer knew this product completely, and set it up in 20-25 minutes! He did a great job. he was able to demonstrate all the bells and whistles, and offered ideas for best care moving forward.

Pros. Classy design, easy to use, filters flip by a push of a bottom for easy clean, I bought the whole LG package only because I wanted this microwave. Microwave was a little expensive but it is way worth it I think it looks more expensive than I paid . Cons. Haven't found any yet

This replaced a 24 year old microwave..and it's a VAST improvement. The installation crew did a great job. They were on time, got the old one out of the wall..and replaced it with this new one....cleaned the microwave after the installation. They did a wonderful job.
