The installation was excellent the installer was very knowledgeable and cleaned up when he was finished. Very impressed. The product is working well so far. I only have one concern the clock goes back and forth between standard time and military time. How do I correct this?

Very professional service, came on time during the corona crisis. Went above and beyond to install the microwave by installing a power point which was missing on the wall. Recommend their service.

Love it. Has features the old one didn't. The exhaust fan is so much better than the old one, it actually works to get rid of odors, and when cooking bacon it keeps the smell from the rest of the house. I like the 1 touch features, the led range light is great. And you can actually see what's inside. all in all it's hands down better than the old version.

The geek squad installed the Microwave over the stove in less than an hour. They did a great job. Cleaned up afterwards and instructed us on how to operate.

My install technician Bo was great! Took excellent care not to damage anything. He was prompt and courteous and got the microwave installed quickly and even programmed the time for me. He also cleaned up and took away the old microwave! Definitely recommend Bo!

Excellent service! This Father and Son team arrived while I was on the phone with the Geek Squad! The Geek Squad was in the process of setting up a new appointment for the Installation, the person I was on the phone with, a Manager, had no idea what was going on! When I told her that the installers were there she said “They’re there (in broken English)! I said, yes they’re here. She said, “Thank you for shopping at Best Buy, have a good day! This really struck me as ironic, that there is such a disconnect between Management and Installation Personnel! The Installation Team went above and beyond what they were supposed to do! I believe it was “JB”, or something for the Father, something that started with a”J”!
