the technician arrived earlier than expected got all the old stuff out put the new in and was very professional and knowledgeable of the appliances installed GREAT JOB ALL AROUND!! From the buying experience to the installation

Amazingly quick and efficient, installation took less than 10 minutes, granted I had removed the old microwave but it was still so quick! And the guys were really friendly.

My review is for the excellent installers. It turned out to be a challenge, but the persevered and got it done. I had asked their names, but have misplaced them, but they really did a great job.

Great microwaveI like my Whirlpool microwave and has multiple settings including popcorn potato pizza reheat cook cook time power defrost and he has a nice beep when things are done it's easy to clean it comes with a light in the fan I use it all the time and it's very easy to clean

3rd party delivered locally and installed. Quick response to phone call and narrowed time window when requested. Microwave installed by 2 gentlemen, quickly and efficiently. Noticed afterward they had not installed one of the filters at the top of the unit, but was able to do it myself. No complaints and would be glad if they installed a range being delivered next month.

Excellent installation of our new microwave by the Geek squad - kept us informed of planned arrival time, installed the new microwave, cleaned up and took old microwave. Will definitely use Best Buy again, since we had the same experience in a dishwasher replacement.
