The installation was not an easy installation. They needed to drill into the tiles in my back splash, and the old microwave was not properly installed. They stayed until the job was done, and done properly. I was very pleased with the installation and the men who took the time to do the job correctly.

The crew that came and did our install was super friendly and professional, and went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. I was skeptical of paying for the install, but it saved hassle on our end and was worth every penny!

Just like I stated in the review for the microwave, the installation service was excellent. They took the time prepare the area before installation so that my stove and counter tops were protected. They took care when installing the microwave. I will use this service again!

The geek that installed this was very experienced at this installation. He worked quickly and was very friendly. I read other reviews about this particular model microwave and all the trouble others had installing it, but this guy knew what he was doing. It was a perfect fit.

Although there were pre-existing holes that caused problems for the installer, he persisted and did what was necessary to make the installation successful.

The installation of the microwave went very well. The service men seemed very polite, personable and knew what they were doing. A good experience with Best Buy once again!

Best Buy used a contracted service to deliver and install. The install went fine except a part was missing and there was no way to just supply the part...they had to return the appliance and then reinstall (hence, minus 1 star). The installers were professional, courteous, cleaned up their mess and don't waste any time. I received the earliest possible time for the reinstall.

The microwave is perfect. The installment well not so good it said they will remove the microwave put new one in and take the one out and put it somewere else. The guy from geeksquad said no he wouldnt do it. I payed all together 150.00 for him to just install a microwave.

It was easy to schedule the install and the service person was quick and efficient.
