The technicians were fast and neat. I have no complaints about this service except for the fact that they arrived earlier than scheduled and I had to make arrangements for someone else to let them into the house.

Looks great and so far, it works to what I would have expected.

The installers did a good job with the actual microwave installation but they left a lot of sawdust on the counter tops and floor from drilling new holes in the cabinetry (the support screws are positioned differently from the prior OTR microwave).

The last over the range microwave I purchased, 13 years ago installed by mounting a bracket on the back wall and then mounting the microwave on that bracket...so easy I did it myself. I am glad I purchase the professional installation with this because newer microwaves mount from the back and top. Out kitchen setup did not have the necessary structural items to accommodate the top mounting...so, the installer anchored and put supports in place for the top mounting, made sure it was secure and made it work. Granted he spent 3:00 hours on the microwave...which I do not believe was what he had in mind when he arrived. I looked at my microwave again on Best Buy web site and found nothing regarding how the microwave mounts. Five stars for this installer that spent about 10 hours, including drive time, delivering and installing our purchases.
