I had a countertop microwave before this and really like having this above my stove and freeing up counter. This is a great size and has a lot of cooking options. Haven't experimented much with sensor, but has a lot of shortcut buttons that are very handy.

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

Installation was smooth and flawless. Installers were customer friendly. They arrived about 20 minutes late after a four hour window. Would have been nice to know that they were going to be late. Have used Geek Squad many times and they do not disappoint!

Had to get a new microwave. Samsung had the color that we looked for. Well worth paying for installation. The guys did a fast job, taking out the old and putting in the new. I couldn’t have done it by myself.

Had 5 appliances installed...the installers were friendly and fast. They did all on the work order except reversing the door that we requested. We were told we have to make another appointment for that.

Works great. Like that this model doesn’t have the turn knob on the menu screen. Our last model had this knob and it broke early on making it difficult to get to all of the features our old microwave had.

Love this microwave! Perfect size for my small kitchen.. I just don’t know what those 2 tiny holes are inside the unit are for?! So strange!

Fast and courteous installation service of new microwave oven under kitchen cabinets

I wanted a custom install so I actually installed myself. The installer did install my oven and dishwasher and was very nice. Had to charge me more because my gas line didn’t have the proper fitting.
