Samsung Microwave Installation

Very pleased with the results.

Great Microwave

Very impressed. The product is working well so far. I only have one concern the clock goes back and forth between standard time and military time. How do I correct this?

Great install

He was prompt and courteous and got the microwave installed quickly and even programmed the time for me. He also cleaned up and took away the old microwave! Definitely recommend Bo!

Worked well around unexpected issues

There were some issues with the microwave being of slightly different size than the previous one, although the Best Buy associate had told me "they're all about the same size." Required some drilling of holes. After that, installation was quick. However, there were leftover holes in my backsplash tiles where the old appliance was. Not Best Buy's fault, obviously, but an unwelcome result of a new purchase.

Installed GE OTC microwave

We had a Best Buy installer to remove and replace our old one. He was very nice, neat and did a fantastic job. He left no mess and took away the old one. Best Buy beat the price of Lowes on both the microwave and installation cost. Highly recommend.

Changing out my appliances

They took the microwave out and put my new Samsung microwave in with no problems. They was helpful about information on my other appliances I plan on changing out.
