This is a replacement of a GE and we find this one is much quieter and is easy to use. We are very satisfied with our installer. He went the extra mile to get it installed and should be commended for all the work it took to get it to fit in the cabinets!

Quick response to finding available days and quick install

The installation team came and did a great job. Two installers came...a male and a female...she just stayed in the truck and he did the majority of the install. He was very friendly---told me where I needed to vacuum up too due to drilling into the cabinets.

The installer was on time with our new G.E. over the range microwave. His work was neat and clean and he put down protection padding on the range below. Fast and efficient. Perfect job! We always have a good experience with Best Buy installations and delivery.

Great product and good installation by your people

The installer, I forget his name, was extremely polite, professional, neat, and most of all prompt. He arrived exactly at the agreed to time and went right to work. A very pleasant young man, I wish I could remember his name. I would highly recommend him.

Our old microwave was difficult to remove and I was shown where the problem was that 1 screw was not coming out! They were determined and cautious to not damage my cabinet. The result was awesome and successful!

The professional installers came according to the scheduled date and time. They were knowledgeable, efficient, fast and left no traces of work. They also showed us how to use the microwave. We will request them to install our next appliance purchase.

Other than having to wait 2 weeks for installation, everything else went as smooth as can be. I was contacted the day before to confirm time and then again before the arrival. Installers were friendly and efficient.
