Install issues

However they could not complete the job due to the sales person not ordering the filler plates even though all that was discussed during time of purchase so the install could not be completed. Not the fault of the install team. They were kind and caring.

Worth it!

They took time to explain the features of the product. Compared to the time and effort that I would have vs. the installation service cost made it worth every penny.

Fast install

The Best Buy team of 2 people removed the old, installed the new, cleaned up any mess and were in and out in 20 minutes. Cannot get any better than that.

He followed protocol to protect everyone from COVID-19. He was very efficient, explained how the microwave worked, and very courteous during the interaction.

I can't believe I'd ever entertain the option of doing installation myself. Definitely well worth the price for my convenience.
