Purchased a Microwave and it has everything we were looking for - performance, looks, etc.

Giant hassle getting the right microwave here and setting up the right appointment, but the install itself went great.

This was a good appliance purchase. Delivery went well and all appliances are still working. I would purchase Whirlpool appliances again in the future from Best Buy and would have Geek Squad install.

Good fit, cooks very well! It is Silver and is a nice match, but when trying to see the numbers I have to put a light on. Maybe a lighter dial or one that lights up would be better!

I bought every possible appliance, and was considering installing some of them myself. I'm glad I didn't. The installers were excellent - nice, efficient, experts. Cleaned up their work area and left everything looking terrific. I am grateful for their excellent help!

One time, fast and great workmanship. The installers co,pleted the work in about 20 minutes.

We were told the installers would be there between 11am-4pm so I had my mother in law at the house to let them in. The installers did not show up until after 5pm, but my wife says they were extremely nice and were in and out in less than an hour.

The guys were very nice and on time. They did a great job and were not here long.

Install was handled beautifully. Team arrived on time. Team was professional, adept at installation and took away all packaging, etc. very pleased with their service.

The technician that installed our Whirlpool Microwave arrived on time, was professional and pleasant. The old microwave and the shipping material from the new unit was removed after installation.

Had 5 appliances installed...the installers were friendly and fast. They did all on the work order except reversing the door that we requested. We were told we have to make another appointment for that.

Every time I use Best Buy Installation I am impressed. Clean, professional and take out the old unit. Definitely worth it for hassle free installation.

They checked everything back to the circuit box when they couldn't get the unit to work, then arranged for an exchange and new installation, so I didn't have to do anything. (The replacement unit has since been installed and is working fine.)

The guys installing were very professional, and took there time to di things right. Did a great job getting old appliances out and very informative about operating new appliancs

Our Microwave was installed and the old one taken away by geek squad. Nice to have this service and the guys were nice and quick too.

Works great. Like that this model doesn’t have the turn knob on the menu screen. Our last model had this knob and it broke early on making it difficult to get to all of the features our old microwave had.
