Sterling VA installation team was excellent. They wore masks & booties without prompting. They were quick and efficient. A credit to the company.

Installers did not come on the agreed day and did not notify us. In addition, on the morning of that day, Best Buy sent us a reminder of them coming. We called and rescheduled for another day. That went with no problem. After installation we got dust on the stove from the vent above. We called them and they came back and told us that the problem was related to outside wind blowing into the outside vent and not to the microwave installation. At this time, we got a roofer to shield the vent in the roof. It has been only a few days, so we do not know if the fix will work.

The installation was great, the Geek Squad rocks. The two men sent out were efficient, knowledgeable and caring. They were on time, took care to make sure everything was as we wanted it and cleaned up everything before they left.

The two hottest, best looking Latin men i have ever seen! And they were so nice. They intsalled my appliance quickly and made sure I knew how to use it. These two made my day!

Microwave is great -- Installation went smoothly - excellent tech. neat , clean, and discarded the old microwave. Last year purchased a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher - so we returned to purchase the microwave.

Normally I think of Geek Squad as the men and women who work on my computers. They also carry out deliveries and installation of appliances as well. These are also carried out with the same professionalism. I have become used to being spoiled with!

Our installers were on time, quickly had the old unit removed and the new unit installed with no mess left over.
