So far I love all of my LG kitchen appliances . LG side by side with third door frig awesome. LG electric stove with large view window confection and air fry. Awesome. LG true steam dish washer so far it’s the best I’ve ever had. Very quiet cleans all of my dishes perfectly. LG 1.8 above range microwave. So far love it still getting use to it makes a baked potato like it was baked in an oven with just one round. Reheating, cooking, defrosting and melting awesomeness!!!! Oh yes it never leaves smells inside of microwave or out because it filters the inside air through a charcoal filter through the top I believe. Very nice indeed.

Installers were punctual, professional, neat and efficient. Old microwave was quickly removed and new microwave was installed. No problems new microwave working great.

This is the third appliance that I have had installed through Best Buy's 3rd party installers, specifically Quality Kitchen Appliance Installers. They are the best! I received a call ahead of time with a smaller time frame and a call from the installer when he was 10 minutes away. The installer had all of the equipment he needed, absolutely knew what he was doing, was very efficient, very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Could not ask for a better experience.

The installers showed up within the time window provided. They were professional, quick and polite. I was happy to see they arrived on time and were quick at installing. Thank you Best Buy installers.

Incredible, I had the best team come out for the install. They were able to assess and accommodate quite well. Samsung failed to pack the sizing guide. And, they didn’t include a users guide. The install team demonstrated the basics and I was set, they also helped me with finding the manual online. And, because they had encountered problems like these prior they were able to adjust and were innovative and able to work all things out for me. Thank-you

Installation of my Microwave was done by a skilled technician. He removed my old microwave and installed my new microwave. He was very neat and very efficient.

Guys came in knowing exactly how to install it, they Tok all precautions that the Microwave was properly installed and due to Covid-19 also they took the safety measures. Great service

The two installation guys were absolutely spectacular, In-N-Out, in no time.HOWEVER, as much as I love Samsung products and I’m not so sure this is gonna be a good one. We have had Samsung microwaves many times before purchasing this one and the display screen is so dark that I can’t even read it. I literally have to use a flashlight. Every time I want to hit one of the buttons, that’s a real problem!
