It was a busy time of year, Best Buy had to contract workers for installation. Unfortunately, not the best at timely install. Once they finally came, everything was great. I guess it was just a bad time of the year to get appliances.

My GE Microwave was installed quickly by these professionals very well. The exhaust vent parts that are not needed were explained to us and left in case we need it in the future. The microwave installation was fast, sturdy, and done right.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He removed the old microwave and installed the new microwave. He knew exactly how to install the microwave and had it installed in minutes.

This is the third appliance that I have had installed through Best Buy's 3rd party installers, specifically Quality Kitchen Appliance Installers. They are the best! I received a call ahead of time with a smaller time frame and a call from the installer when he was 10 minutes away. The installer had all of the equipment he needed, absolutely knew what he was doing, was very efficient, very professional, and very pleasant to deal with. Could not ask for a better experience.
