These guys really know their stuff. They couldn’t have been in the house more than a half hour. In out installed and on their way. I’m sure it helped we replaced like with like but I was impressed.

Took only 10 minutes to remove current microwave and replace with new one. Would have taken a minimum of half hour or more if I attempted to replace myself. Worth the investment.

Best Buy installers did a great job removing and hauling away our old microwave And installing our new LG extend a hood over the range microwave. They wore masks and left the area clean.

A worker who we recognized from buying a phone a few days before buying the microwave, recognized us and walked us to the right location. She answered our questions. She offered the Geek Squad deal which we declined with the phone purchase. Because The delivery $125 delivery cost was covered with Squad deal. So we only paid $75 for Squad deal. Delivery took only 20 minutes. The guys really knew what they we doing. We have had 1 meeting with the Geek Squad that really helped us. It is good to know they are available for the next year.
