A worker who we recognized from buying a phone a few days before buying the microwave, recognized us and walked us to the right location. She answered our questions. She offered the Geek Squad deal which we declined with the phone purchase. Because The delivery $125 delivery cost was covered with Squad deal. So we only paid $75 for Squad deal. Delivery took only 20 minutes. The guys really knew what they we doing. We have had 1 meeting with the Geek Squad that really helped us. It is good to know they are available for the next year.

The installation was great, the Geek Squad rocks. The two men sent out were efficient, knowledgeable and caring. They were on time, took care to make sure everything was as we wanted it and cleaned up everything before they left.

Very good installation & looks great. They arrived right at the last few minutes of the delivery window. They did not explain how to use it which we could have used as we are an older couple & not very tech friendly. They told us to read the directions as they quickly headed out the door. Luckily enough it was easy to use.

Service team was excellent and efficient. Install was very fast and the microwave has been great. They even were kind enough to carry out the old one to the curb for trash pickup.
