The LG Microwave was purchased at the Best Buy store in Whitehall, PA 5/21/21 and scheduled to be delivered and insyalled on 5/26/21. The microwave was shipped to Best Buy Wilkes Barre, PA and delivered 5/26/21, although the Geek Squad was not permitted to install the item. Back to Whitehall which had no clue of what happened. They rescheduled the microwave installation, which was completed one month later than originally scheduled. The installation was perfect.

Wow, these guys knew what they were doing. Removing the old microwave (heavy) and putting in the new one took all of 20 minutes. I had them plug it in before installing just to be sure.

This idea of placing the microwave with a brace over the stove is great. It is now in a place all of its own without taking up space on my counter. The process took very little to install. Very sturdy.

The actual installation was fantastic. The two guys that did it were friendly and professional. The downside was that they didn't get to the actual location until almost 7 pm after my mother waited from 7 am (the window for their arrival was 7am - 1 pm). The installers were provided my address even though when we purchased the microwave we provided her address. Recommend that when Best Buy call the day prior they ensure they have the correct location and contact information for the install.
