The team of guys who installed our microwave were quick, friendly and kept things tidy for a messy job. They also made sure to tie into our external vent properly. Only issue was with the attachment bolts above the microwave - they had to drill new holes and couldn’t completely cover the old ones even with large washers, so left us with an aesthetic issue to fix but not really their problem, just an extra step in the process. Overall we are satisfied and will continue to use BB services.

Installation by the Best Buy Crew of the Whirlpool microwave above the range was absolutely outstanding. Crew was very professional, easy to discuss matters with, and pointed out the old micro was about to fall down. They put in the bracket for the new micro and it does make a difference. The old micro didn’t have a bracket attached to the wall studs. They cleaned up all the mess from drilling. I definitely recommend this crew for installation.

Excellent service, quality products and competitive prices! The crew was so professional, they didn't wander, cleaned up - even vacuumed up the little bit of sawdust that fell from the cabinet. Such a difference from the fighting duo delivery team from Homedepot back in September. That delivery was a nightmare and quite frightening, they were fighting on my front lawn, one walked off and then the other barged back inside, walked all around my house, and refused to leave. I should have bought my stove here instead and will be purchasing any future appliances at Best Buy.
