Quick and clean installation. The person who was installing also explained the exhaust vent options and connected the exhaust to the vent that goes outside the house.

Perfect installation in tight space. Team was friendly, prompt, efficient.

We were having ALL of our kitchen appliances replaced in a single day, and time was the critical factor, so we opted for the install. That ended up being the best choice we made. The new Microwave was installed, and the technician saw that here was a fairly large dent on the side. This had gone unnoticed during the unpacking & instal because there was no apparent external damage to the box. Nobody expected to find any damaged to the unit. Well.... since everything was done by Best Buy, there were no questions about where the responsibility lay for the unit ending up being damaged.... A quick phone call by the tech, and we were scheduled for a replacement unit and removal & re-install in place of the damaged one for no further charge.
