Best Buy's installation service for the GE microwave was outstanding - the technician arrived on time, performed the replacement well and cleared the old microwave.

The installation process was quite smooth. It occurred when we needed to be careful due to COVID. The installer wore a face mask and installed the microwave with no issues.

The LG Microwave was purchased at the Best Buy store in Whitehall, PA 5/21/21 and scheduled to be delivered and insyalled on 5/26/21. The microwave was shipped to Best Buy Wilkes Barre, PA and delivered 5/26/21, although the Geek Squad was not permitted to install the item. Back to Whitehall which had no clue of what happened. They rescheduled the microwave installation, which was completed one month later than originally scheduled. The installation was perfect.

Installers were very knowledgeable and even pointed out a couple of dents in the microwave, which I hardly noticed. Upon their return trip to install a new microwave (without dents), they were very helpful and showed me a couple of ways to use specific functions. Also, they left my kitchen area probably cleaner than they found it!

Installation team was great. They were early for the dedicated arrival time, and finished very quickly.

On time. Prepared, cordial and professional. Just saving the time and hassle of do it yourself installation makes it worthwhile.

I removed the old microwave and based on model and dimensions purchased the new microwave on-line. The replacement unit (same dimensions & model) should have been extremely easy to install over the range. I would have installed it myself, but didn't want to deal with it, any undocumented or weird installation issues and left it to the pros. I believe my wife said they there and gone in less than 30 minutes.
