The team of guys who installed our microwave were quick, friendly and kept things tidy for a messy job. They also made sure to tie into our external vent properly. Only issue was with the attachment bolts above the microwave - they had to drill new holes and couldn’t completely cover the old ones even with large washers, so left us with an aesthetic issue to fix but not really their problem, just an extra step in the process. Overall we are satisfied and will continue to use BB services.

Replaced Whirlpool low profile that had a dead circuit board after 4 years of service life with this Samsung. Competitively priced with respect to Whirlpool but has two major functions missing: automatic eject door, parallel cooking + timer (when you use a timer, the cooking function is essentially suspended!).

I purchased the microwave to match the three other new stainless steel units in my kitchen. I have only had it two weeks.It looks great and is super easy to use.Extra shelf makes for convenience in preparing more than one item.

Micro wave removed and new installed with no problems

The company that removed my old microwave and installed this new GE profile one did an excellent job. They were fast, courteous and went the extra mile.

Most all appliances are installed for free. Microwave install is $119.99. Kind of expensive when the microwave only costs $169.99. But, there is a lot more to do as compared to other appliances. Plus, they did a great job.
