Wow, these guys knew what they were doing. Removing the old microwave (heavy) and putting in the new one took all of 20 minutes. I had them plug it in before installing just to be sure.

Larger than what we had before and comes with a removable rack. There has been an INTERMITTENT, loud, obnoxious, vibrating buzz that we are monitoring. Sure hope we don't have to call for Technical Support.
