Piece of cake install - wife is happy! Life is better! Replaced the old microwave (was noisy as all get out!) the Samsung has been perfect!

Considerate and professional installation. When there was a problem, they came back and did it again. Minimum of fuss.

It took two installer teams to install the microwave and it was still not done correctly. The first team missed the left side of the bracket and so the microwave stuck out further on that side. Additionally, they did not use the step ladder I offered so they see from above to make sure they were lined up with the screw holes. They used a 1/2 inch spade drill bit with large washers to make it easy for them but then had to redrill the hole because it was not lined up. The washer they used does not cover the first hole. They also forcefully inserted the screws at an angle since they could not see. The second team came out and successfully hung the microwave across the entire bracket but managed to pinch the cord. I had a family member help me fix that issue. I hate the extra hole they made and the slanted screws. It makes sliding anything on that shelf annoying. However, the wonderful manager refunded the installation cost. That helped my overall satisfaction so I gave a three star rating. I love the microwave.

The microwave seems to be working perfectly. I have a lot to learn on how to use the convection end of it but I'm sure I will appreciate it during the holidays when my oven is full!!!
