Best Buy Contracted Installation was GREAT

Nice stainless steel microwave

Good installation, bad logistics

However, I was scheduled between 8-12 and didn't hear from anyone until 3:30 when he knocked on my door. I told him about my frustration and he showed me his delivery sheet for the day. My address was 3:15-3:45 which he met. The problem is this. I was never 8-12 and was always 3:15-3:45 but no one let me know that. Just let me know. I took a day off to sit at home and wait. And to be fair, Best Buy was not my installer but the company they hire to do these should have better communication.
