Extremely efficient and fast installers. Removing the 21 year old microwave and installing the new microwave took less than 30 minutes.

Very professional worked efficiently and quickly. Cleaned up after installation and took all packing material when he left.

This microwave does everything. It also convects and air fries. Only downside is clock reset after power failure difficult.

Install was done by a Best Buy 3rd party contractor. He was very professional and did the job as expected. No issues with the install at all.

The only complaint was that I wish someone would have provided a courtesy call the day prior. Tim was very fast and did a great job.

Installers were on time and finished installation quickly. They were both polite and friendly. Showed me basic operating instructions and set oven to initial recommended cleaning setup. Enjoyable experience.

The delivery occurred during the window of time I was given the day before - the delivery guys even called to give a 1/2 hr notice of when they would be there - they were courteous and friendly - they cleaned up all the trash from the new appliance - made sure it was working and did it in what I feel was record time.

The installers were polite, proffessional and careful about my home.
