The microwave looks great and completes my kitchen upgrade. The installer was courteous and went right to work. The install was finished in less than 30 mins. I'm very pleased with the results.

This roomy microwave has the added feature of a shelf which allows space for heating more than one item at a time. It operates so quietly, you'll find yourself "making sure it's on" the first couple days!

They took out the microwave/convection and installed the microwave in no time -- very fast. Very efficient. Explained features. But... you forgot to return my Sharpie.

The two gentleman who installed the microwave were great. When they removed the old microwave, I was unaware of the accumulated grease on both sides of the cabinets. They were very patient while I washed it off before mounting the new one. They also took the time to explain the features and maintenance for this product.

The installation team, was timely, professional and honest. The microwave was dent on the side and they pointed out. They could have installed the unit with out telling me about the dent and I wouldn’t notice it right away. The coordination by Best Buy to deliver and install was a different story. That process was all over the place and it took multiple visit to the house.

The installers were experts in their field. They were professional and very efficient. All my questions and concerns were quickly addressed.

They came when they were supposed to. Worked quickly, made no mess and we're gone.
