I love this built in microwave. It all works so well together with the stove and really makes my kitchen look very high end

OMG, I so Love this . I have roasted, baked and spped fry in this. So Fast and easy Directions from the book to follow plus when you press the buttons the LED tells you what steps to do next.

The two gentlemen that came to install my over the range microwave were extremely professional. They were friendly and installed my microwave very quickly. They even cleaned up after themselves.

The installation team was very knowledgeable and said the install would take 15 minutes. They were correct. I would have been happier if it would have taken a little longer. When they were done drilling holes in the cabinet to mount it they failed to remove the wood chips from inside the cabinet. Also they covered the stove but when they removed the covering they dumped a lot of wood chips under the burner racks. Had to vacuum area myself.

Installers were on time and seemed to know what they were doing. The microwave hasn't fallen yet.

Excellent job done by Scott from GeekSquad. He is really nice, installed the microwave, and tested it out. He also told us how to change the filter by ourselves, which is really helpful too.

Best Buy replaced my microwave which had been delivered and installed damaged. The customer service agent was professional and understanding and quickly set up the appointment to deliver and install a new microwave as well as removing and returning the damaged one. Was very grateful it was such a smooth process.

After 25 we had to update our stove and our microwave made by Samsung over the stove . Workers who put it up . Works goo and looks great. Reasonable price

The installer was personable, neat, and efficient in performing the installation of the Microwave. He had the job done very quickly.

The guys came in. Took the old one out, replace it with the new Microwave pretty quick. Was out the door and send it story.
