We just got our over the range microwave oven. We have not needed to use this protection plan yet, but based on our past experience with other appliances, I feel it is a good investment.

I would definitely recommend Best Buy geek squad. The tech was very knowledgeable and informed me every step of the way from setting the appointment to cleaning up on the way out.

As always, the Geek Squad does a great job. Make sure you are getting the real deal though. Best Buy sometimes uses non-geek squad contractors for installs. These should be avoided at all costs.

Product fit our needs (replaced older microwave with updated model). Theinstaller was pleasant, expert and made the installation efficiently.

This was a replacement for a 20 year old GE. I like the new features like Express Cook and the turntable is a handy item. It fit perfectly in the old space and the installers did a very good job.
