Installer said oops too many times. He did not use the template provided to drill holes into upper cabinet. Ended up drilling several extra holes which then required a wood schim to hold the bolts in place

The poor workmanship !!! The installation is rough !!! The screw hole is enlarged too much !!!!

Installer was rude. Banged appliances around more than you would think. Didn't plug old holes or clean up saw dust. Fasteners not installed straight.

Service not done. Charged $50 to sit microwave on the floor?!?!?! Old, broken microwave still in place.

Terrible installation!!! I recently purchased brand new custom cabinets which is not cheap. Installer did a terrible messy job. I’m really upset!!!

I came home to a door that won't open but 8 inches

THe first time they installed it crooked. The second time they damaged my kitchen back-splash.

I was very pleased with the installation process. The installer sent me a text the night before to give me a time window. He completed the installation quickly, and put the old microwave in the corner I request to await pickup by the Best Buy Geek Squad for recycle.

This mucrowave is top all the way around easy to operate looks very slick loaded with options perfect fit for being above the stove

Love our new Microwave! It is very roomy. Everyone comments that it looks larger than our old one but since it is in the wall, it can't be. But the interior seems larger. It is also very attractive. Very easy purchase & installation. I give it five stars!!

We bought this to replace a much older GE (Spacemaker XL1400). What I like: good size, nice appearance, quieter than the old one. What I'm not in love with: strange button layout (IMHO), but I've seen a lot of other modern units with similar layout. Examples: - "Set Clock" is with the 0-9 numbers, where +30 seconds was on the old one; the +30 seconds is in the middle of a stack of buttons on the right. IMHO, +30 seconds goes along with the time-related and instant-cook buttons, and set clock belongs near the clock. - Surface light and vent fan are also in the stack of buttons on the right, but were along the bottom on the old one. IMHO, along the bottom makes more sense, since the lights and fan are down there. These are little nits, and I've already gotten used to them, but the design shows no awareness of usage - controls should be in logical places, not arbitrarily stuffed in. But we like the unit, and are happy with our purchase. The old one was 14 years old, so I don't expect to have to replace this for a very long time.

The delivery was team was excellent, they arrived on time and very courteous. went right to work on taking down the old microwave. and knew exactly what to do and how to do the installation I was very impressed with them, and it was done so quickly and efficiently I went upstairs for a moment , when my husband informed me that they were done! good job Geek Squad!!! I will do another review on the actual microwave in a few days.

Very pleased with the installation. I was kept advised expected arrival time. The actual installation was completed quicker than I expected. Couldn't be happier.

The installation performed by the 3rd party contractor was atrocious! He ripped my perfectly good microwave off the wall breaking its bracket (which was supposed to be reinstalled at my Florida house), ripped my wallpaper, broke my countertop, installed the microwave on a slant and blew out the plastic top to leave a hump. He also installed the dishwasher which would not work properly It was also crooked, leaking and not venting properly. It sat with the rubber side flaps sticking out. I had to call Samsung to look at it. They confirmed the problem was installation. Best Buys', Justin out of the Bluffton Office, from Geek Squad finally arrived 4 months later to address the problems with the microwave. He did a fantastic job removing the damaged appliance and reinstalling the new replacement. The overall rating of Excellent was for Geek Squad and definitely not the original 3rd Party Contractor. Best Buy needs to rethink the way they install appliances by 3rd parties. Too much time and energy is being wasted by the customer when things go wrong and it is not acceptable.

The Installers looked over the job, decided what need to be done and in 30 minutes removed the old Microwave and installed the new one. Fast and Professional. Gave us a quick "How to Use" demonstration; and gone in a half an hour. Perfect! Didn't have to wait all day for this happen.
