Installation was great. And fast. He cleaned up his mess and was put in 20 min! However, I was scheduled between 8-12 and didn't hear from anyone until 3:30 when he knocked on my door. I told him about my frustration and he showed me his delivery sheet for the day. My address was 3:15-3:45 which he met. The problem is this. I was never 8-12 and was always 3:15-3:45 but no one let me know that. Just let me know. I took a day off to sit at home and wait. And to be fair, Best Buy was not my installer but the company they hire to do these should have better communication.

This was a replacement microwave for an old unit. This new one is great and works perfectly.

Works like a dream. Lots of great features makes it easy to use, Installation went off without a hitch.

Kyle was very professional, though, quick, and careful. All old appliances and debris was removed with no damage to the work area or the house.

The microwave is big enough it has been able to handle anything I have put in it. Love the light under the oven as it has two settings and even the low light setting is enough to see what I am doing on the stove. Installation by Best Buy tech was very nice. I could use the oven as soon as he left.

They were able to quickly remove the old and install the new with little effort. They were professional and cleaned up after they were dinished.

Two installers were here for 30 minutes to install the microwave and I paid $140. Granted I had already removed the microwave from the packaging and set on counter for use. They did not mention anything about venting so I am not sure if venting is necessary. There is damage on the side of the microwave like it was struck with a sharp tool like a phillips but I did not notice it until after the installation so not sure if I received the microwave damaged or if it happened during unpackaging or installation.

Jason and his co-worker from BestBuy GeekSquad arrived on time and installed the over the range microwave in 20 minutes. They were the best I have experienced. 10 out of 10!!!!

Nice unit. I like double space inside to warm up 2 things at the same time. I don't like the fact that I have to enter the 2 ceros when I want to warm up the food for 1,2, or 3 minutes. With my older over-the-counter microwave, I just pushed 1,2,or 3 and it would add the ceros automatically

Technicians were very professional. Installation was quick and easy. The only issue that I had was that the technicians did not perform a function test.

Team showed up on time, super professional, laid down mat on top of my range, vacuumed and cleaned along the way after install, also tested and wiped down new microwave, and took old microwave and all the packaging out in one stop!

The two gentlemen who installed the microwave we excellent. Not only did they work well together it was done quickly with no mess.

The microwave was installed. It was part of new kitchen suite. Looks nice
