Geek squad installation. This was our first experience with geek squad installing our microwave. The guy was clean, courteous, and fast. I would definitely use the same service again.

This microwave is a very nice unit (great power, looks nice, easy to use), however there are some drawbacks that caused me to dock a star. 1) The vent fan is very weak. It seems to barely draw any smoke from cooking top. 2) The over-stove lights are not that bright. And why didn't they use LEDs?? 3) The buttons for the light and fan are a pain to use. You have to hold them down to get them to work, you can't just press them once and let go. Very confusing when it was new. 4) The door is difficult to open. It takes quite a bit of force to open and close it (load at night as well), but it's not really too bad. It wouldn't keep me from buying it again. Overall I really like this unit.
