lots of problems , We needed a replacement because of a scratch on the face of the microwave made during installation.. Getting a replacement was an ordeal that I NEVER want to go thru again. :"It is in stock you'll have it next week ,( no show, no call) then, it's not in stock, it's been discontinued, then we have plenty in stock, it may take 2 to 3 months before you can get it. . Unrequested order cancellations ...twice!. etc etc etc ". After a month of being given the run-around we FINALLY got it thanks to Noel in corporate HQ. Not sure i'd buy another major appliance from Best Buy , this was really really bad customer service (except for Noel)

The young man who installed my Frigidaire over the range microwave did an excellent job. I had previously purchased a Samsung and the installer completed the installation before realizing that the door was unable to open as the hinges of the door was against the wall. He would not remove it, but told me to contact the store. I was therefore without the use of a microwave until I was able to find a microwave that would work in that space. No one at Best Buy was aware that there was a unit that would work.
