Overall I have to say that this experience with the Geek Squad was wonderful. The two technicians that arrived in my house on time and well prepared to do the job of installing my microwave. The first thing they did when they came in my house was put on booties over their street shoes to protect my floors. They were pleasant courteous and very professional. Once they were done installing my microwave they cleaned up wished me a happy day and we're on their way. Start to finish was about 40 minutes. I will not hesitate to use to Geek Squad again four my installation needs.
