Honestly, I was pretty with this service. They not only removed and replaced an old microwave, but did is so quickly. My only tiny complaint is with the vent -- they put is up so fast, didn't have time to figure out the vent. Though, when I asked them, they reinstalled and moved the vent to the position I wanted (vent out, vs vent front). So kudos for them effectively installing it twice.

This installer was in and out in 20 minutes and he even had to replace the wall mount. Incredible how fast he was!

I haven't used all the features yet like the grilling but so far it does a great job. I really like the Black Stainless that matches the stove, fridge and dishwasher I got with this item

New, replacement microwave installed without problems by Naryan on 4/4. Followed Covid guidelines and very clean, sociable and efficient. The handle on replacement was delivered damaged but he used the handle from the old microwave instead. He then arranged to get me $110 credit for the damaged part. Extremely pleased with the service.

Maurice, arrived during the scheduled block of time. He was efficient in install the microwave, cleaned up and removed the old one and also all the trash. He was polite and tested to see if it would heat up water, which it did. He answered all my questions.
