The young man who installed my Frigidaire over the range microwave did an excellent job. I had previously purchased a Samsung and the installer completed the installation before realizing that the door was unable to open as the hinges of the door was against the wall. He would not remove it, but told me to contact the store. I was therefore without the use of a microwave until I was able to find a microwave that would work in that space. No one at Best Buy was aware that there was a unit that would work.

Installation tech was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. However, I did NOT receive notification as to when he would arrive other than the 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. window. In fact the purchasing process did not confirm the actual day he would be here. Problem with the notification process was not his fault.
