Great installers

Good Product - Shorty Install

After 4 days I called and found that the replacement order never was placed. New microwave order. Needed an uninstall/reinstall. Sat home all day waiting for that. They showed up with a new microwave but were delivery guys only. Had to go to the store to get things sorted out. Made a new appt. wife sat home all day waiting. Guy showed up, couldn’t get old microwave down. Went to home depot for tools (4 miles away). Showed up two hours later. Terrible experience. Product is fine, installation is questionable (if you live in genesee county).

Black stainless microwave

Don't like the middle rack and you have to take it out every time you make popcorn. A couple of times my son didn't take it out and now there are some scratches from where the rack wiggled up as popcorn popped. Seems kind of like a silly thing and place too low. Other than that it's been good. Over the oven light isn't as good as my previous microwave which was a Samsung. But I like the fact that it matches the rest of my appliances
